Senior Cloud Engineer

Cutover is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join our team, where we lead with empathy and enable others to succeed through curiosity, kindness, and self-expression. Our Collaborative Automation SaaS platform simplifies complexity, streamlines work, and increases visibility for enterprises. The platform is trusted by leading institutions, including the three largest US banks and three of the world's five largest investment banks. As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will contribute to building a highly available and scalable EKS/K8s environment, lead technical architecture and design, support less experienced engineers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building a green field, highly available, and scalable EKS/K8s environment.
• Lead the technical architecture, design, prototyping, and implementation to support both product needs and overall technology strategy.
• Support and grow less experienced engineers.
• Contribute to Platform Engineering features such as CI/CD, Production Engineering and Monitoring.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver technical roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with EKS/K8s, demonstrating advanced proficiency.
• Deep experience with Cloud Engineering tools, particularly AWS.
• Ownership in leading Platform Engineering projects with a collaborative mindset.
• Focus on efficient delivery and engineering automated processes to streamline delivery pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills in cloud environments.
• Active participation in cross-team collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in leading teams or projects.
• Familiarity with Ruby/Bash/Python scripting.
