About the position

In this role, you will collaborate with software and test engineers to enhance service stability and quality, optimize the build and release process, and develop test infrastructure and automation for Teradata AI Unlimited products on public cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Improve service stability and quality for Teradata AI Unlimited products.
• Streamline the build and release process.
• Develop test infrastructure and test automation.
• Collaborate with software engineers and test engineers.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency with at least one modern general-purpose programming language like Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with building, testing, and operating distributed software systems on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency working in a Linux environment and with Bash/Shell.
• Proficiency with microservices, REST APIs, web applications development and testing.
• Passion for software quality, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Saltstack, CloudFormation.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with databases and SQL.
