Responsibilities

  • Observe colleagues and learn to gather technology and customer/partner insights, aligning with solutions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by identifying and sharing feedback around technical capabilities and blockers.
  • Work with internal teams to build relationships with customer/partner technical specialists under guidance.
  • Solicit input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products.
  • Demonstrate basic technical concepts and prove design solutions' capability through collaboration sessions with customers/partners.
  • Support customer skilling needs by participating in discussions on technical delivery with stakeholders to transfer knowledge.
  • Contribute to customer/partner satisfaction by providing a positive experience and establishing recovery actions to improve it.
  • Identify issues and advise customers/partners to optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices.
  • Apply methodology and governance to minimize business and technical risks while ensuring quality assurance.
  • Support resolution of technical blockers and accelerate consumption and solution implementation for selected scenarios.
  • Learn about Microsoft's Cloud and Support businesses and share learnings with others.
  • Participate in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization to increase customer/partner usage and value outcomes.

Requirements
