The Senior Cloud System Engineer will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our cloud implementation strategy within our existing IT infrastructure. This role involves tackling moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis and innovative problem-solving. The responsibilities of this position include designing, planning, integrating, maintaining, and supporting our cloud architecture from a technical perspective. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify optimal solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products, services, applications, and solutions. Driving the roll-out of cloud management platforms, evaluating their performance, and implementing enhancements will also be key aspects of your role. As you gain experience, you will begin to influence the department's strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches for project components. This position allows for considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, enabling you to work autonomously while still being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, integrate, maintain, and support cloud architecture from a technical perspective.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to evaluate cloud systems and identify optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop specifications for new cloud-based products, services, applications, and solutions.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in cloud system engineering and architecture.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
