The role involves hands-on work with Haas horizontal lathes and multi-axis mills, focusing on precision aerospace manufacturing and the creation of high-quality components. The position is structured around a four 10-hour shift work schedule, promoting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming with a strong focus on MasterCAM.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical design models.
• Setting up machines and performing computer modeling.
• Troubleshooting and conducting quality control checks during manufacturing.
• Maintaining and cleaning CNC machinery, including routine maintenance.
• Training staff on CNC operations and ensuring adherence to operational procedures.
• Working independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience (10+ years preferred).
• Strong background in MasterCAM.
• Prior experience in the aerospace industry or similar manufacturing environment.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical design models.
• Proficiency in computer modeling software and machine setup.
• Experience with troubleshooting and performing quality control checks during manufacturing.
• Ability to maintain and clean CNC machinery, as well as perform routine maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
