About The Position
The Senior Coder is responsible for coding and abstracting various patient types using the 3M 360 Epass program in conjunction with EPIC. This remote position requires thorough documentation review and collaboration with providers to ensure accurate coding and compliance. The role also involves mentoring new associates and maintaining productivity and accuracy goals.
