This role involves providing guidance to less experienced team members and building strong relationships with customers and internal offices. Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Utilize advanced skills and expertise in various processes, procedures, and systems to recover aging invoices
  • Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiencies and achieve targeted results
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement based on identified themes and a comprehensive understanding of the bigger picture
  • Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Continuously develop skills, expand collections knowledge, and build business acumen
  • Support in the training and mentoring of team members in best practices and strategies
  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of all accounts and assigned responsibilities
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc assignments as directed

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in collections, cash applications, credit, accounts payable, or related finance roles
