About the position

The Senior Commercial Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in the Global Commercial Enablement Management Organization at Medtronic, focusing on the commercialization of the Hugo RAS platform in the Americas region. This position involves program management, oversight of key deliverables, and ensuring that processes are in place to support marketing, sales, installation, service, training, and support of the Hugo RAS system. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and change management, requiring effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive all activities related to Commercial Enablement and Program management for product launch and post-launch support for all countries within the Americas region.
  • Support and drive global programs as a satellite function for the Global PMO.
  • Work with Project Managers and cross-functional team members to identify, resolve or escalate project issues, develop and implement mitigation plans, and remove obstacles.
  • Create and maintain commercialization process flows, risk registers, plans, schedules, and dashboards.
  • Proactively plan, budget, anticipate project needs, and support execution paths.
  • Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while working with global teams.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization, including presenting in meetings.
  • Manage deliverables, milestones, weekly status updates, recaps, and action items for internal teams and clients.
  • Advocate for the Medtronic Mission and culture to motivate and empower others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Business / Operations.
  • 10+ years of Project Management or Engineering experience.
  • 3-5 years of Leadership skills.
