About the position

The Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing commercial lines accounts for a national insurance broker. This position involves providing comprehensive risk management solutions to various trade associations and affinity groups, while also serving as the primary point of contact for clients' ongoing questions and account management needs. The role offers opportunities for new challenges within a dynamic sales and service team, with a preference for a hybrid work schedule in specific office locations, although remote candidates may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing and placement activities for new and renewal accounts.
• Conduct account analysis and gather information to compile submissions.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients' ongoing questions and account management needs.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in a similar Commercial P&C agency client manager role.
• Active state insurance license required.
