About the position

The Senior Commercial Operations Manager at Oshi Health plays a crucial role in maximizing business performance by partnering with the Chief Commercial Officer and the commercial organization. This position focuses on sales funnel management, data analytics, and operational efficiency to enhance the overall performance of the sales and marketing teams. The role is designed for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving healthcare outcomes through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Roll out a day-to-day sales funnel management process.
  • Ensure contacts and opportunities are moving through target customer sales funnels smoothly.
  • Track conversion rates through each stage of the funnel, analyzing pertinent data to make sound recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify sticking points that could impact sales velocity and propose and implement solutions for improvement.
  • Develop a process in partnership with B2B Marketing to maintain contact lists and ensure CRM data is up to date.
  • Play a critical role in guiding Commercial leadership in planning, goal setting, and managing business activities.
  • Develop sales and revenue forecasting dashboards and reports for leadership and board materials.
  • Maintain a library of proposal, FAQ, RFI, and RFP materials for efficient re-use.
  • Partner with Commercial leadership to identify actionable insights and drive strategic recommendations.
  • Structure and execute on operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans and leading analyses.
  • Drive operational efficiency by automating and improving processes, tools, and dashboards.
  • Own overall strategy for sales tech stack to create efficiencies and improve deal velocity.

Requirements

  • Experience with sales planning for commercial organizations.
  • Understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and partnerships with payers, employers, and provider systems.
  • Experience leading projects and supporting the OKR and RFP processes.
  • Strong SalesForce CRM skillset and RFP management software experience.
  • Experience building executive and board level presentations.
  • Analytical rigor in functions like sales operations, finance, or business operations.
  • Problem-solving experience in commercial, operational, and organizational contexts.
  • Ability to synthesize complex concepts and operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in comparable roles.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or relevant fields.
