As a Senior Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager at WillowTree, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the company is strategically positioned to win new business across various industries. This position requires a collaborative approach, working closely with the VPs of Business Development to drive the client proposal process from inception to completion. Your efforts will be crucial in creating world-class content that effectively showcases WillowTree's capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with both technical and creative teams to develop thoughtful, outcomes-driven client presentations and proposals. You will leverage your deep understanding of client needs—both stated and unexpected—to craft compelling narratives that highlight the benefits of partnering with WillowTree. Additionally, you will lead the behind-the-scenes aspects of the pursuit strategy, ensuring seamless collaboration and facilitating leadership reviews to enhance the proposal process. Your responsibilities will also include managing and enhancing the repository of client-facing materials, such as case studies and sales introduction decks, to ensure that WillowTree's expertise is communicated clearly and effectively. You will be tasked with providing a final layer of polish to printed proposals and live pitch presentations, utilizing cutting-edge design techniques to maintain brand consistency. Furthermore, you will gain exposure to various aspects of document management, sales operations, and contract negotiation, all while employing a user-centered approach to attract Fortune 500 clients and expand WillowTree's portfolio.
