About the position

The position is responsible for the operation, update, and maintenance of the Commission System to ensure accurate and timely commission and sales incentive payments. The role involves researching discrepancies between contractual agreements and actual calculations, as well as analyzing and reporting commission information to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Commission System for processing commissions and sales incentives across all product lines.
• Research and document discrepancies between contractual commission agreements and actual calculations.
• Analyze and report on commission and sales incentive information to various departments.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to the commission system for internal personnel and producers.
• Develop future system enhancement opportunities and draft business requirement documents.
• Provide presentations and reports to management to assist in strategic decision making.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders including vendors, brokers, and regional office employees.
• Respond to audit requests in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 4 years of related experience with EIM Systems, Commission Incentive Systems, or Payroll Systems required.
• Experience in the insurance field preferred.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under time constraints and shifting priorities while ensuring accuracy.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Access is required; SQL experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
