The Senior Communications Manager is a pivotal leader responsible for the strategic communications, marketing, and branding initiatives that support the transformative goals of the Do Good Institute at the University of Maryland. The Senior Communications Manager will spearhead strategic projects and programming that promote the Institute's objectives across various platforms, including the Do Good Campus and the Do Good Lab, which focuses on research, as well as the Nonprofit Leadership Executive Education and Training programs. In this capacity, the Senior Communications Manager will oversee the communications team, ensuring effective budget management and the successful collaboration with several critical consultants and contractors. This position requires a leader who can not only manage and mentor team members but also cultivate and maintain important partnerships both on and off campus.
