About the position

As a Senior Communication Specialist focused on video at Honeywell, you will be responsible for creating and delivering impactful video content that effectively communicates the brand message and engages the target audience. This role involves leading video production projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual stories, utilizing your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to drive communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute video communication strategies that align with brand and business objectives
• Lead and manage the end-to-end video production process, including concept development, scriptwriting, filming, editing, and post-production
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their communication needs and translate them into effective video content
• Conduct interviews and capture footage to tell compelling stories about products, solutions, and company culture
• Ensure the quality and consistency of video content, adhering to brand guidelines and industry best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in video production and communication
• Proficiency in video editing software and equipment
• Strong storytelling and scriptwriting skills
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
