About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is responsible for managing the classification and compensation functions within the organization. This role involves creating and revising classification standards and determining compensation structures to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and four years of full-time experience in compensation, including three years in data analysis; or an Associate's degree and six years of full-time experience in compensation, including three years in data analysis.
  • Required degrees must be from an accredited institution.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a Healthcare or Civil Service environment.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge of Compensation/Total Rewards.
  • Human Resources support experience in a unionized environment.
  • Experience with Compensation/HR platform data maintenance.
  • Familiarity with executive incentive/benefit administration and Workday.
