The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in the entertainment industry by facilitating the implementation, analysis, and administration of compensation policies and programs. This position involves conducting salary surveys and analyzing compensation information to ensure competitive pay practices while maintaining internal equity and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation, analysis, and administration of compensation policies and programs.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze resulting compensation information.
  • Determine competitive positions based on analysis of compensation data.
  • Evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness of pay practices.
  • Ensure legal compliance of the organization's pay practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in compensation administration required.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is required.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of setting up salary structures within an organization of 3500+ employees is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets, formulas, pivot tables, and lookup tables.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
