About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst role is a fixed-term position focused on leading the delivery of global Total Rewards Technology and managing the Annual Compensation Review process. This role is essential for ensuring effective compensation strategies and processes within the organization, contributing to the company's goal of being an employer of choice. The analyst will work closely with various teams, including HR, Finance, and Legal, to optimize compensation processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Annual Compensation Review process globally.
  • Develop detailed project plans for planning and execution, including global budgeting design and modeling.
  • Administer the Compensation Tool, ensuring seamless system setup, testing, documentation, and data flow to HRIS and WorkDay.
  • Develop and deliver relevant training for the Compensation Tool.
  • Lead and support full lifecycle Job Architecture and compensation proposal tool optimization.
  • Ensure timely and relevant Total Rewards communication to all Business Units.
  • Create and deploy Power Apps solutions to optimize manual processes and automate workflows.
  • Produce on-demand reports and perform data analysis for informed decision-making.
  • Collect business requirements and assess current processes for enhancement and automation opportunities.
  • Serve as a primary contact for users, providing support and resolution for system and process-related queries.
  • Work closely with HRIS to manage compensation tables and ensure precise data input.
  • Lead or assist in new projects or represent the Total Rewards function in cross-functional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in similar roles in a global matrix organization.
  • Experience with compensation-related software tools and technologies.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end processes such as Annual Compensation Review.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and provide recommendations.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently under tight timelines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across various cultures.
  • Personal integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
