As a Senior Compensation Analyst at POWER Engineers, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and administering the company's compensation programs. Regular audits of compensation-related data will be part of your duties to ensure consistency and accuracy across various jobs and functions. You will contribute valuable information during the preparation of executive committee meetings and support the Compensation Manager in all matters concerning the design, development, and administration of broad-based compensation programs.
