About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst at Infoblox plays a crucial role in the People & Places team, focusing on building and delivering competitive compensation programs. This remote position involves leading various projects related to compensation reviews, pay program designs, and compliance, while collaborating with global business leaders as a subject matter expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation management and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR business partners on total compensation challenges.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, administration, and evaluation of compensation strategies and programs.
  • Lead projects including career ladders, annual compensation reviews, and pay program designs.
  • Enhance the Oracle People Hub compensation system in partnership with HRIS.
  • Develop metrics and reports to assess pay program utilization against market goals.
  • Research and analyze compensation trends across geographic locations.
  • Support job evaluations and the creation of job families and descriptions.
  • Guide recruiters and HR partners on employment changes, ensuring accurate data entry into HRIS.
  • Educate management and HR partners on compensation practices and trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related compensation experience, preferably in a high-technology company.
  • Solid experience in compensation or consulting with knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices.
  • Experience with stock plan administration and IPO readiness.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including look-up tables and pivot tables.
  • Experience with HRIS (Oracle People Hub) and compensation systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in creating and implementing compensation training programs.
  • Familiarity with Total Rewards Statements and compensation modeling.
