In this role, you will assess and document the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job descriptions. You will also contribute to and analyze compensation survey data, using insights to benchmark our pay practices against industry standards and inform strategic decisions. Conducting thorough market analysis of company roles will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you evaluate and enhance the competitive positioning of our compensation programs to ensure we attract and retain top talent. You will participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of annual salary administration programs, including the creation of salary structures and incentive budgets that align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will play an integral role in the administration of performance management systems, including annual incentive programs and salary adjustments, with a focus on sales incentive plans.
