Reporting to the Senior Compensation Manager, we are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to lead and improve compensation programs focused on reviewing pay positioning, enhancing pay for performance, and ensuring internal equity. You will create, maintain, and improve tools and content used by our HR business partners and compensation teams. As a key partner to our customer-facing compensation team, you will collaborate closely to implement enhancements and innovative strategies that align with our business goals and directly impact our HR/compensation must-win battles, improve employee engagement, enrich best practices, and ensure compliance.
