About the position

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Compensation Analyst for the opportunity to shape the future of our U.S. compensation programs, collaborate with great people on impactful projects, and grow your career! Reporting to the Senior Compensation Manager, we are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to lead and improve compensation programs focused on reviewing pay positioning, enhancing pay for performance, and ensuring internal equity. You will create, maintain, and improve tools and content used by our HR business partners and compensation teams. As a key partner to our customer-facing compensation team, you will collaborate closely to implement enhancements and innovative strategies that align with our business goals and directly impact our HR/compensation must-win battles, improve employee engagement, enrich best practices, and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the annual equity review process ensuring appropriate pay positioning for all employees, focusing on high performers.
  • Partner with the HR Compliance team to deliver the annual equity review process, specifically addressing pay disparities relating to gender and ethnicity.
  • Develop and execute the communications plan and training for HR Business Partners regarding the equity review process.
  • Distribute analysis and collaborate with compensation partners to complete the equity review process, submit pay adjustments, and create pay statements.
  • Design a process and cadence around a compensation maturity assessment to capture HR business partner feedback about compensation.
  • Lead compensation partners to compile results from HR Business Partner teams and review insights for improvement.
  • Own the annual living wage process, identifying pay gaps and ensuring mitigation plans are created and shared with compensation partners.
  • Participate in special projects like pay transparency, developing compensation dashboards, and optimizing internal compensation communications.
  • Serve as a contributor and backup to compensation team members on various impactful programs and tools, including the merit process and total rewards statement.
  • Manage participation and submission for salary surveys.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field preferred; additional related work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 3+ years experience in HR, preferably in compensation or total rewards, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • CCP and GRP certifications are desired.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint required; advanced Excel proficiency strongly desired.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and collaboration skills are required.
  • Good communication (oral and written), organizational, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • Ability to draw conclusions from data and develop recommendations is required.
  • Experience or comfortability working in a large, matrixed organization is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Experience managing large processes in Excel requiring splitting/distributing files and then consolidating inputs is desired.
  • Experience and/or working knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP, Microsoft Power BI, or BetterComp is desired.
