About the position

onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Senior Compensation Analyst to join our fast-paced Compensation team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and administer onsemi's compensation programs on a global scale. You will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition partners, HRIS partners, and business leaders to shape compensation strategies and establish a global job architecture. This position requires a high degree of flexibility to manage competing and shifting priorities effectively. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will need to demonstrate significant attention to detail and the ability to engage with all levels of leadership within the organization. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring that onsemi remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent while aligning compensation practices with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and administer global compensation programs.
