This includes leading the design and creation of new job levels, roles, and job descriptions based on organizational needs and market trends. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create communication materials and implement job architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategies. Additionally, the analyst will lead the company's annual compensation planning cycle, which encompasses base salary, bonuses, and equity compensation. This involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company goals. The role also includes serving as a key contributor in the sales compensation review process, evaluating job levels, pay mix, and payout curves, while partnering with sales leadership and finance operations to create a performance-driven sales incentive plan. The Senior Compensation Analyst will ensure the accurate and timely delivery of compensation programs, enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. This includes conducting benchmarking analysis to develop job families and pay targets, reviewing and auditing compensation practices for consistency and compliance, and performing data insights and analysis to support compensation-related activities. The analyst will also monitor changes in legislation that impact compensation practices, particularly regarding pay transparency, and will serve as the primary contact for equity-related matters. Finally, the analyst will develop and deliver educational materials related to compensation to support global employee understanding and engagement, while building trust and relationships within the broader HR function and business stakeholders.
