The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create communication materials and implement job architecture initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall HR and business strategies. The analyst will also lead the company's annual compensation planning cycle, which encompasses base salary, bonuses, and equity compensation. This involves working closely with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and alignment with company goals. Additionally, the analyst will contribute to the sales compensation review process, evaluating job levels, pay mix, and payout curves, while partnering with sales leadership and finance operations to create performance-driven sales incentive plans. The role requires a thorough understanding of data sources, collection methods, and pay philosophy, enabling the analyst to respond effectively to compensation inquiries and provide strategic solutions based on in-depth data analysis and market research. Conducting benchmarking analysis to develop job families and pay targets is essential to support the strategic growth of the business and ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. The analyst will also review and audit compensation practices to maintain consistency, compliance, and competitiveness, while performing data insights and analysis to support budgeting and strategic decision-making. Continuous process improvement is a key focus, with the analyst expected to leverage technology to minimize data issues and enhance efficiency. The role also involves monitoring changes in legislation, particularly regarding pay transparency, and ensuring compliance with compensation practices. The Senior Compensation Analyst will serve as the primary contact for equity-related matters and will provide guidance on various Workday business processes. Educational and communication materials related to compensation will be developed and delivered to enhance global employee understanding and engagement.
