Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compensation program design, compensation plan management, compensation evaluation and analysis and communication
  • Advises managers on making effective pay decisions that support recruiting, retention and employee engagement while also complying with budgetary guidelines and relevant labor laws
  • Participates in market research and analysis ensuring pay competitiveness and pay equity for employees across the organization
  • Performs specialized assignments; solves complex problems and develops non-traditional solutions through sophisticated analytical thinking
  • Interprets internal/external business environment
  • Recommends best practices to improve processes or services
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that support the organization's goals and objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs through data analysis and reporting
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve compensation processes and programs
  • Impacts achievements of customer, operational, project or service objectives
  • Communicates difficult concepts to team to generate clarity and alignment on projects, initiatives, and various work products

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
