We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compensation Analyst with specialized experience in provider compensation, particularly for physicians and advanced practice providers. This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel to the Greater Philadelphia, PA area. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization. In this position, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering provider compensation plans, including those for physicians and advanced practice providers. The role requires conducting market research and benchmarking to ensure that our compensation structures are competitive and equitable. The analyst will collaborate with leadership to design and implement compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Senior Compensation Analyst will perform in-depth data analysis to evaluate compensation trends and make recommendations for adjustments. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the administration of compensation plans is crucial. The analyst will prepare detailed compensation reports and presentations for senior management and provide guidance and support to HR and management teams on compensation-related matters. Participation in compensation surveys and analysis of survey data will be necessary to maintain market competitiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyze, and administer provider compensation plans, including those for physicians and advanced practice providers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong focus on provider compensation (physicians, advanced practice providers).
  • Deep understanding of compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends within healthcare.
  • Proficiency in compensation software, HRIS systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to the Greater Philadelphia, PA area as needed.
