This is a primarily remote role, with occasional travel to the Greater Philadelphia, PA area. The position offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000, reflecting the importance of this role in our organization. In this position, the Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for developing, analyzing, and administering provider compensation plans, including those for physicians and advanced practice providers.
