McKinstry is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resource team in Dallas, TX. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert compensation consulting services to business unit leadership and key human resources staff, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of compensation-related tasks, including the review and development of compensation plans, monitoring the effectiveness of compensation policies, and recommending necessary changes. You will conduct research on market trends and best practices, ensuring that our compensation practices remain competitive and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of variable pay programs, such as sales and bonus programs. As part of managing the compensation cycle, you will conduct annual compensation reviews, benchmark against the market, and recommend changes to geographic pay ranges as appropriate. You will also manage the merit increase program, which includes making pay increase recommendations and overseeing communication and implementation processes. Your role will involve providing advice and counsel to HR colleagues and business unit leadership regarding compensation decisions, policy interpretation, and job pricing. You will assist HR Business Partners in training business unit leadership on compensation matters and perform various analyses of employee data to produce relevant reports. In terms of job development and pricing, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of creating new jobs or revising existing job descriptions.
