About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst at StandardAero is responsible for leading and managing complex compensation projects with a focus on international compensation practices and the integration of acquisitions. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various regions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Compensation, the analyst will ensure that compensation programs align with organizational goals and comply with local regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market competitiveness.
  • Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing structures.
  • Utilize advanced compensation management systems to analyze, report, and provide insights on compensation data.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries.
  • Ensure compensation practices comply with local, national, and international regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
