Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the design, development, and administration of our compensation programs, ensuring that they are consistently applied in accordance with organizational policies and government regulations. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for managing position data and maintaining the compensation structure within our Human Resource Information System (HRIS), as well as utilizing other software tools such as MarketPay. This position requires a high level of integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Saint Paul, MN, offering a competitive salary of $79,159 per year.
