About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst at StandardAero is responsible for leading and managing complex compensation projects with a focus on international practices and acquisition integration. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure compliance with compensation regulations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global standards.
  • Develop and oversee compensation strategies across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market competitiveness.
  • Manage the integration of compensation programs for newly acquired companies, aligning them with existing structures and ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Utilize advanced compensation management systems to analyze, report, and provide insights on compensation data, ensuring system functionality and optimizing processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis, including benchmarking, pay equity studies, and compensation trend analysis, and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.
  • Work closely with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries and provide guidance on compensation matters.
  • Ensure compensation practices are in compliance with local, national, and international regulations, and recommend best practices to enhance the company's compensation framework.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation analysis, with a strong background in international compensation and acquisition integration.
  • Proven experience in leading compensation projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation management systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and adapt to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
