McKinstry is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resource team in Dallas, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert compensation consulting services to business unit leadership and key human resources staff, ensuring alignment with company goals. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of compensation-related tasks, including the review and development of compensation plans, managing the compensation cycle, and providing recommendations and communication regarding compensation strategies. As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will monitor the effectiveness of compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines, recommending changes as necessary. You will conduct research on market trends and best practices, including compensation surveys, to ensure competitive pay practices. Additionally, you will build and maintain processes to ensure the integrity of compensation data and associated documentation, including job descriptions. Staying informed about federal, state, and local compensation regulations will be crucial, as you will develop and document policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. You will also play a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of variable pay programs, such as sales and bonus programs. Managing the annual compensation reviews, benchmarking against the market, and recommending changes to geo ranges will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide advice and counsel to human resources colleagues and business unit leadership on compensation decisions, methodology, policy, and strategy, assisting HR Business Partners in training business unit leadership on compensation matters. In addition, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of creating new jobs or revising existing jobs, ensuring that job descriptions are formatted correctly and finalized appropriately. Your analytical skills will be essential as you perform various analyses of employee data and produce relevant reports, leading projects related to compensation matters as assigned.
