About the position

The Diligent HR team is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join as a Senior Compensation Analyst. This role is pivotal in enhancing HR experience and making a significant impact within a dynamic, growing global technology organization. The Senior Compensation Analyst will focus on Total Rewards and improving operational processes while working on programs that directly affect our people and business. This position involves assisting in the implementation and administration of compensation programs, including salaries, incentives, job evaluations, and salary surveys that align with Diligent's business strategy. In this multifaceted role, the Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key part in HR and compensation projects, supporting the organization as it scales and grows. The individual will gain broad exposure to various aspects of compensation and provide direct support in designing and implementing several global core compensation programs. Responsibilities will also include market data intelligence gathering, governance, and global compensation administration and compliance. The ideal candidate will be involved in day-to-day client group support of compensation needs, coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, and Business Leaders. The role will require leading compensation projects, conducting compensation benchmark assessments, and actively participating in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall compensation strategy and ensure that Diligent remains competitive in the market.

Responsibilities

  • General day to day client group support of compensation needs coordinating closely with HR Business Partners, Finance and Business Leaders
  • Support and play a lead role in regular compensation activities including annual compensation planning cycle, promotion review periods and salary survey participation
  • Lead compensation projects, which may include job framework changes, organizational changes, M&A activity, and incentive design work
  • Conduct compensation benchmark assessments, actively seeking market intelligence and industry specific data to inform appropriate solutions
  • Review and approve employment offers - consulting with Talent Acquisition, HR business partners and business leaders
  • Actively participate in compensation compliance activities across all jurisdictions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of compensation experience
  • Maintaining high levels of data integrity and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to pivot focus quickly and move from one type of task to another efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to review, analyze, and model large data sets in Excel

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience within a multinational organization preferred
  • Oracle HCM Cloud experience a plus
