The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, analyzing salary data, and providing strategic guidance to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness in our compensation practices. Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in compensation analysis and proficiency in tools such as UKG, Aon, ERI, and other survey platforms to drive informed decision-making and support organizational-wide total rewards program initiatives. The role involves leading the collection and analysis of compensation data from various sources, including external market surveys, benchmarking studies, and internal salary data. The analyst will utilize advanced tools and methodologies to conduct in-depth analysis of compensation trends, competitive peer group positioning, and pay equity considerations. Additionally, the analyst will partner with senior business leaders to design and implement compensation programs that support organizational objectives and foster employee engagement. This includes conducting complex job evaluations and providing expert guidance on job and salary grading to ensure alignment with market trends and internal equity principles. The analyst will also collaborate with HR Directors and HR Business Partners to establish competitive salary ranges for new hires, promotions, and internal transfers, and provide recommendations for salary adjustments as needed. Furthermore, the Senior Compensation Analyst will assist in the year-end salary, bonus, and Long-Term Incentive Plan processes and reporting, perform Pay-Equity and Gender Pay-Gap analyses and remediation, and prepare and present comprehensive reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate compensation analysis findings, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders. Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation is crucial, as is ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations, specifically adhering to FLSA standards. The analyst will also partner with other HR Centers of Excellence on special projects and merger integrations, maintaining proficient knowledge of, and demonstrating ongoing compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to this position.
