About the position

The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the organization's compensation programs. This position requires analytical expertise to ensure competitive pay structures that align with industry standards, ultimately contributing to employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document the responsibilities, qualifications, and requirements of various roles within the organization, ensuring accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Contribute to and analyze compensation survey data, using insights to benchmark pay practices against industry standards and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis of company roles to evaluate and enhance the competitive positioning of compensation programs, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Participate in the development, maintenance, and execution of annual salary administration programs, including the creation of salary structures and incentive budgets that align with organizational goals.
  • Play an integral role in the administration of performance management systems, including annual incentive programs and salary adjustments, with a focus on sales incentive plans.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related discipline.
  • Deep understanding of compensation analysis, with the ability to handle complex issues independently.
