About the position

The Total Rewards Analyst Senior at Parker Wellbore is a pivotal role within the Total Rewards department, responsible for the administration and maintenance of the company's compensation programs. This intermediate-level position requires a minimum of five years of direct experience in compensation or equivalent experience with increasing levels of responsibility. The analyst will provide strategic human resources counsel to HR business partners, focusing on market-based pay, compensation trends, job design, and analysis, as well as rewards and recognition initiatives, including incentives and pay practices. In this role, the Total Rewards Analyst Senior will consult with internal customers on salary decisions, incentive plan development, and other compensation-related issues. They will evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and rewards initiatives, conduct comprehensive compensation analyses to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices, and support the development of global compensation strategies while managing compliance with international regulations. The analyst will also assist with global compensation programs, including merit, bonus, equity, offers, and compensation adjustments, and develop compensation proposal guidelines for employment offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Additionally, the analyst will evaluate, level, and determine appropriate market value for new and existing jobs, collaborate with managers and HR business partners on relocation needs and cost projections, and contribute to the development and implementation of processes and technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Global Mobility Practice. They will perform stock administration, ensure accuracy of related transactions, and conduct routine to intermediate statistical analysis of compensation data. The role also involves developing job descriptions and maintaining the accuracy of the Company HRIS jobs database, while adhering to company policies and procedures and undertaking other duties and special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • CCP or CMS certification preferred.
  • Minimum of four years' experience in compensation or related field.
  • Working knowledge of FLSA, EEO, and IRS regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, able to work with little supervision.
  • Excellent PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
