About the position

MorganHR is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our growing consulting team. This role is designed for an energetic and innovative individual who will serve as a subject matter expert in compensation consulting. The consultant will lead and support engagements focused on analyzing and designing compensation and human resources programs, ensuring that client needs are met while contributing to the company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support compensation consulting engagements.
  • Analyze and design compensation and human resources programs.
  • Develop pay strategies and salary structures.
  • Conduct job analysis and external market evaluations.
  • Design incentive compensation plans and perform economic modeling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive consulting and corporate compensation experience.
  • Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner.
  • Project management and analysis experience.
  • Strong strategic business insight to support client needs.
  • Broad knowledge of benefits and human resource consulting services.
  • Experience in coaching and guiding others.
  • Experience developing executive and sales compensation plans.
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in cross-industry compensation consulting.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities.
