About the position

The Senior Consultant and Principal, Armed Forces Recruitment is responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure the growth, success, and renewals of partner clients. This role involves providing strategic and tactical consulting advice to military partners, diagnosing opportunities, and recommending customized, data-driven enrollment solutions. Key performance metrics include retaining and growing revenue and profitability in armed forces recruitment and uniformed personnel enrollment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the partner development (sales) team to present the value of EAB services from a practitioner's perspective.
  • Conduct strategic discovery, data requirements analysis, expert scoping, ROI analysis, and custom opportunity assessments.
  • Identify and contact qualified executives and organizations to strategize on enrollment needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive services to position EAB effectively.
  • Serve as an ambassador and key presenter for EAB products during sales visits, webinars, and industry events.
  • Establish strong relationships and trust with decision makers and leaders.
  • Lead regular virtual and in-person meetings and support ad hoc consulting needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's goals, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Deliver outstanding service and superior guidance and counsel to partners.
  • Meet overall revenue and renewal targets in support of larger business objectives.
  • Participate in revenue tracking meetings with senior leadership to communicate growth opportunities and renewal risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 - 12+ years of experience, including extensive service in the United States armed forces.
  • Relevant experience in armed forces personnel recruitment and/or military marketing communications leadership role.
  • Proven success in developing strategic initiatives and achieving enrollment/recruitment goals.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written, oral presentations, and listening).
  • Effective analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.
