About the position
The Senior Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful training materials aimed at enhancing the skills of a tech-savvy workforce. This hybrid role involves creating diverse training content, including in-person classes and e-learning modules, to support employees across various skill levels.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical training content for diverse formats (articles, videos, presentations).
- Administer eLearning and learning management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are current and relevant.
- Create digital learning modules including audio and video recordings.
- Provide training on technology and computer applications for all user levels.
Requirements
- Intermediate/Advanced experience with MS Office 365 and technical training curriculum development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, or similar e-learning platforms.
- Experience with Camtasia or comparable tools for screen recording and video editing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with microlearning concepts preferred.
