About the position

As a Senior Consultant at BCG Platinion, you will take on end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements, focusing on cybersecurity and digital risk. This role requires you to apply advanced cybersecurity methodologies to address strategic, organizational, managerial, and operational issues for clients. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop customized solutions, facilitate change, and guide organizations in optimizing their cybersecurity practices.

Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for individual modules within client engagements.
  • Apply generalist consulting skills to strategic cybersecurity and digital risk questions.
  • Analyze cybersecurity standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Implement cybersecurity transformation and culture change initiatives.
  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments, including gap analysis and roadmap development.
  • Develop cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to protect clients' infrastructure.
  • Work with leadership teams to facilitate cybersecurity awareness workshops.
  • Utilize cyber risk quantification to improve executive decision-making.
  • Deliver operational resilience through incident response and disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or management with teams of five or more.
  • BS in cybersecurity, information systems, mathematics, natural sciences, business management, or similar degree.
  • Hands-on experience with developing cybersecurity strategies or policies.
  • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies throughout the organizational lifecycle.
  • Working knowledge of at least two different cybersecurity frameworks.
