About the position
The position involves leading clients on their analytics journey, providing tailored integrated solutions that address current challenges and prepare for future success. The role emphasizes collaboration, data analysis, and the development of predictive models, all while being supported by experienced leaders and a dedicated coach.
Responsibilities
- Lead clients and teams on their analytics journey.
- Collaborate on clients' strategic vision for analytics.
- Craft a pragmatic roadmap of initiatives for clients.
- Aid clients in the implementation of analytics initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret trends or patterns in large and intricate data sets.
- Suggest strategies for data preparation and blending to enhance analytics.
- Assist in the creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models.
- Generate insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Conduct interviews with clients to perform current state/future state gap analysis.
- Design process and data flows using standard flowcharting methodology.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in handling large data sets and interpreting data to derive impactful insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and/or R.
- Prior experience in professional services or a similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline.
