The candidate must demonstrate a personal drive for professional development and possess strong documentation skills to present findings and results to customers effectively. Exceptional customer service skills, including situational leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, are essential for success in this role. Travel to customer sites may be required on occasion, and the candidate will be part of a rotating 24×7 on-call support team.
