About the position

The Senior Consultant - Product Management/Owner at Infosys is responsible for gathering client requirements for platform capabilities and translating them into actionable user stories and epics. This role serves as a crucial liaison between customers and the platform engineering and implementation teams, ensuring that product features align with current and future client needs. The consultant will evaluate product configurations, identify essential features, and support user testing to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for platform capabilities and convert them to epics and user stories.
• Analyze client requirements for platform fitment and configuration.
• Liaise between customers and platform engineering and implementation teams.
• Evaluate product features and configurations against customer needs.
• Identify essential, differentiated, and innovative product features.
• Conduct workshops to understand user personas and prioritize user stories.
• Support user testing and ensure product meets implementation needs.
• Track progress and perform demos to stakeholders.
• Utilize MS Office tools for reporting and analysis.
• Work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• 3+ years in a Product Management environment with multiple stakeholders.
• 3+ years of healthcare experience or product/solution management experience.
• Hands-on experience with payer/provider organizations.
• Experience with legacy and web-based systems interfaces and APIs.
• Working knowledge of EPIC, FEATURE, and user story writing.
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
