About the position

EisnerAmper is seeking a self-starter, results-driven, client-focused individual to join their team as a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant. This role involves the implementation and optimization of Workday Adaptive Planning, empowering finance and business leaders with critical insights for smarter planning, faster reporting, and better analysis. The position operates in a hybrid work environment, emphasizing work/life balance and a culture of innovation and diversity.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing budgets and forecasts
  • Creating both starter and ad-hoc reporting within Adaptive Planning for Finance
  • Configuring clients' planning models into Adaptive Planning
  • Providing client support for design, model, configuration, deployment, and training for Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Maintaining proficiency and certification in Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Assisting clients with data validation issues and reconciling Trial Balance data
  • Delivering a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to clients
  • Meeting with clients regularly via virtual or in-person meetings
  • Contributing to team objectives via thought leadership and attending Workday Adaptive Planning related events

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA preferred)
  • Minimum of 4+ years of Workday Adaptive Planning implementation experience
  • Ability to demonstrate professionalism with above average client service and communication skills
  • Holder of Adaptive Planning Certification
  • Qualified accountant (CPA) with strong industry experience
  • Experience maintaining Workday Adaptive Planning Foundational Elements and Sheets
  • Experience configuring Workday Adaptive Planning Web and Office Connect Reports
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to learn, adapt to change and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to take initiative on projects in overall daily interactions with team members

Nice-to-haves

  • Minimum of one year experience providing professional services implementing/optimizing Workday Adaptive Planning is preferred
