The position involves continuous interaction with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and gather key insights on product usage. The role requires reviewing existing functionalities, proposing new solutions, and acting as a liaison between customer teams and internal development teams. Responsibilities include working on the feasibility of enhancements with the technical team, suggesting work-arounds, finalizing the right approach for enhancements, and focusing on User Interface and User Experience improvements. The candidate will be an active part of software development iterations, ensuring solutions meet requirements and fit products. Additionally, the role includes project coordination, assisting Project Managers or the Engagement Director in ensuring deliverables and tasks are on track, leading scrum calls, planning release timelines, and organizing priorities within the internal team. The candidate will also demonstrate solutions/features to clients and stakeholders, create necessary documentation, and perform systems analysis and research in support of requirements definition.
