About the position

The position involves continuous interaction with clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, understand challenges, and gather key insights on product usage. The role requires reviewing existing functionalities, proposing new solutions, and acting as a liaison between customer teams and internal development teams. Responsibilities include working on the feasibility of enhancements with the technical team, suggesting work-arounds, finalizing the right approach for enhancements, and focusing on User Interface and User Experience improvements. The candidate will be an active part of software development iterations, ensuring solutions meet requirements and fit products. Additionally, the role includes project coordination, assisting Project Managers or the Engagement Director in ensuring deliverables and tasks are on track, leading scrum calls, planning release timelines, and organizing priorities within the internal team. The candidate will also demonstrate solutions/features to clients and stakeholders, create necessary documentation, and perform systems analysis and research in support of requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Continuous interaction with clients, sales team, and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
• Review existing functionalities and propose new solutions.
• Act as a liaison between customer teams and internal development teams.
• Work on feasibility of enhancements with the technical team.
• Suggest work-arounds and finalize the right approach for enhancements.
• Focus on User Interface and User Experience for enhancements.
• Participate in software development iterations to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Assist Project Managers or Engagement Director in project coordination.
• Lead scrum calls and plan release timelines.
• Organize priorities within the internal team.
• Demonstrate solutions/features to client teams and stakeholders.
• Create necessary documentation including SOPs, user guides, and process improvements.
• Perform systems analysis and research for requirements definition.
• Prepare documents such as BRD, ERD, solution diagrams, use case lists, process flows, functional designs, wireframes, user stories, and data models.
• Perform data analysis to validate and clean data according to user requirements.
• Work with Project Managers, Architects, Developers, and stakeholders to engineer software solutions.
• Groom and estimate user stories on Jira.
• Perform user acceptance testing as an internal client.
• Support implementation of CRM projects and/or business applications based on Salesforce technologies.
• Facilitate the adoption of agile methodologies within the organization.
• Work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and business levels.

Requirements

• Master's in Management Information Systems or equivalent.
• 3 years' experience in the job offered or as a Software Developer, Application Development Senior Analyst, or equivalent.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Tableau, GitHub, Rally, SharePoint, SQL, Salesforce, and VMWare.
• Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile/scrum methodology.
• Experience in defining requirements and creating roadmaps for product management application releases.
• Ability to analyze bugs in the capacity of an SME.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units.
• Ability to provide advice on information system strategy, policy, management, technology advancements, security, and service delivery.
• Experience conducting periodic meetings to resolve bottlenecks.
• Ability to identify, document, and monitor technology risks.
• Experience performing in-depth technical research to suggest solutions and design, develop, and integrate systems.
