About the position

The Senior Content Creator at Atlassian's Creative Studio will play a pivotal role in producing high-quality video content that embodies the brand's values and engages audiences across various digital platforms. This hybrid position requires collaboration with the Creative Director and the marketing team to craft compelling narratives that enhance Atlassian's brand presence in both B2C and B2B contexts.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content to create polished, engaging narratives through effective storytelling and pacing.
• Capture high-quality video content using various cameras, including iPhones and production cameras, in alignment with brand standards.
• Perform basic color grading to ensure visual consistency and quality.
• Create simple motion graphics to enhance video content and highlight key messages.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute content projects that reflect Atlassian's voice and mission.
• Occasionally appear on camera to engage with audiences for social media content.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Content Creator, Videographer, Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools like After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience with color grading techniques and basic motion graphics using DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong storytelling skills and ability to visually communicate brand messages.
• Competence in using both phone and production cameras for quality content capture.
