Responsibilities

• Concept, edit and produce 'made for social' videos through native storytelling.
• Build bespoke social videos in both long and short form formats tailored to specific social media platforms.
• Take a leading role in brainstorming, pitching and producing 'made for social' videos + franchises.
• Capture content first-hand and/or work with internal and external production partners.
• Evangelize and educate on topics relating to native social storytelling inside the agency and with clients.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute best-in-class social video strategies.
• Remain current on latest creative trends globally.
• Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software and digital tools.
• Be curious about pop culture, social media trends and audience interests.
• Develop and refine your craft to achieve the highest level of creative excellence.

Requirements

• Deep experience editing, producing, and publishing social-first video content.
• A track record of defining and implementing social video strategies at a platform level.
• Leverage social trends and data to identify brand opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities.
• Guide junior team members on projects where necessary.
• Take ownership of workload and schedules.
• Present concepts effectively to clients and internal teams.
