About the position

Netflix is seeking a Senior Content Designer for its Acquisition team, responsible for using language and design to inspire global audiences to sign up for Netflix. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to test innovative content design ideas that enhance user experience and drive business value across Mobile, Web, and TV platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide concepting, content strategy, and writing from early ideation through final execution on multiple projects.
• Initiate innovation projects and identify opportunities to enhance existing projects' communications.

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant writing experience in Content Strategy, Marketing, or UX Writing.
• Experience with A/B testing preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and people skills.
• Mastery of AP style, with the confidence to know when to break the rules.
