About the position

Netflix is seeking a Senior Content Designer for its Acquisition team, responsible for using language and design to inspire global audiences to sign up for Netflix across various platforms. The role emphasizes creative leadership, user experience design, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance content design that informs and delights users while driving business value.

Responsibilities

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, providing concepting, content strategy, and writing from ideation to execution.
  • Initiate innovation projects and identify opportunities to enhance existing projects' communications.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant writing experience in Content Strategy, Marketing, or UX Writing.
  • Experience with A/B testing preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Mastery of AP style with the ability to know when to deviate from the rules.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in storytelling and crafting cohesive narratives across channels.
  • Comfort with experiment design and collaboration with Designers, Product Marketing, and Product Managers.
  • Ability to develop scalable language frameworks.
