About the position

The Senior Content Designer/UX Writer/Copywriter role focuses on creating a consistent language for the wholesale web experience within the Payments and Entitlements space. This position involves collaboration with multiple agile teams, including UX, UI, and product management, to enhance content delivery processes and ensure accessibility standards are met. The role requires active participation in cross-functional meetings and ownership of content initiatives from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple agile teams by collaborating closely with UX, UI, PM, and PO to complete Rally features.
  • Attend and actively participate in cross-functional meetings, including agile team meetings and content team meetings.
  • Apply relevant accessibility standards and best practices when creating content.
  • Own and drive initiatives from inception to completion to improve the content delivery process and organization.
  • Complete all teammate learning center assignments at least 7 days prior to due dates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • 3+ years of online/digital content development experience.
  • 1+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms in an agile environment.
  • Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for digital interfaces and applications.

Nice-to-haves

  • 3+ years in content design, UX writing, and/or microcopy focused on web and mobile applications/digital platforms.
  • Financial experience is a plus.
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience with user-centered content design for desktop and mobile applications.
  • A firm understanding of inclusive, accessible design.
  • Ability to conceptualize content frameworks and execute content decisions based on user research/testing.
  • A passion for user-centered design and providing solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Ability to create compelling content and respond to constructive feedback to improve content across teams.
  • Eager to understand why things work the way they do and how to connect the dots.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems independently with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and juggle many tasks in a fast-paced environment.
