About the position

As a Senior Content Designer at StubHub, you will lead content design initiatives to enhance the consumer experience for fans engaging with live events. This role focuses on creating impactful marketing content across various platforms, establishing content standards, and collaborating with product teams to drive engagement and conversion through effective content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Propose content strategies to increase content reach and impact.
• Devise creative copy for email, push, and in-product experiences, balancing quality and speed.
• Continuously iterate copy to A/B test variations.
• Improve content quality by developing copy guidelines and scalable quality assurance processes.
• Partner with design and content leads to evolve StubHub's voice in marketing and product content.
• Develop glossaries for event categories to communicate effectively with fans.
• Work cross-functionally on content strategy and execution, including feature names and launch messaging.
• Exercise product thinking to influence team vision and product decisions.
• Define content opportunities and collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing.
• A portfolio demonstrating proven writing experience in consumer-facing marketing campaigns and product experiences.
• Ability to generate innovative content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Customer-centric, empathetic, and creative mindset focused on customer insights.
• Experience driving metrics such as open rate, CTR, and conversion.
